The aroma and taste of coffee vary greatly depending on the length of filtration time. In order to achieve the optimum filtration speed for coffee, etc., Kyuemon Kiln's unique pottery-making technology has created extremely small and uniform holes in the filter. This eliminates the miscellaneous taste that is introduced when filtering through filter paper, and allows you to enjoy the original taste. The filter can be used not only for coffee, but also for green tea, black tea, and shochu alcohol. The ceramic filter can be washed and used again and again, making it an environmentally friendly product.
